The Government has today released its response to further consultations on solar PV support, biomass affordability and retaining the minimum calorific value requirement in the RO.

 

The supplier cap will now be a generation cap of 400MW, and stations that achieve full or partial CHPQA certification will be permanently exempted and would not be affected by the possible review of grandfathering rights triggered.
